It has been long reported that Apple was going to be making big announcement by the end of the month and it came today in the form of a educational speech in New York City. To coincide with this Apple updates have said to be about to tumble in with it. And now they have just released iTunes 10.5.3

The iTunes update however isnt a majour one. It came with the following release notes from Apple.

iTunes 10.5.3 allows you to sync interactive ibooks textbooks to your iPad. These multi-touch textbooks are available for purchase from the iTunes Storeon your Mac or from the iBookstore included in the iBooks 2 application on your iPad.

iBooks textbooks are created with iBooks Author – now available as a freedownload on the Mac App Store.

To download the iTunes update all you have to do is head over to iTunes and install the latest updates displayed for Windows and MAC OS.
